The Instructional Designer will be responsible for designing, developing, and partnering to deliver synchronous and asynchronous training solutions as part of an overall adoption strategy coordinated by the Change Manager
Manage design and development lifecycle of multiple deliverables concurrently and in alignment with the priorities of the project.
Perform training needs assessments/analysis; propose and validate appropriate and creative solutions based on the assessment.
Collaborate with the Change Manager to define scope, milestones, priority, and timeframe.
Engage proactively with cross-functional SMEs to obtain and clarify content.
Design and develop training according to adult learning principles and aligned to the assessments.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional team members to deliver training.
Define, create, and maintain setup documentation for internal compliance and/or accreditation of the training.
Establish a review and maintenance process for existing and new training to ensure quality, standardization, and effectiveness.
