F&A Managing Consultant
The F&A Managing Consultant is part of the North America Cognitive Business Operations Practice and reports to the North America F&A and SCM Practice Leader. This role will work collaboratively with the practice head and across the CBO practice to help drive and meet our business goals. Responsibilities:
Research market and industry trends and develop point of view documents and white papers
Support and help drive the advisor relationship development program as well as the marketing and conference participate program
Support and own aspects of writing of the solution proposals, value propositions and presentations for senior level client stakeholders
Support scope definition and alignment to the win strategy themes in conjunction with sales and client leads.
Support and own aspects of client discovery sessions, yellow pads workshops, and oral presentations
Develop cost, benchmarking and business case analyses
Help evolve solutions, service delivery models and other aspects of CBO offerings
Become conversant in relevant technologies and help evolve our demonstration and client selling sessions
Help drive the upgrade of sales collateral and presentations with standard content and scripts
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Excellent client facing skills, e.g., the ability to clearly articulate the value and rationale of the proposed solution in written, presentation and oral formats
Consulting, Shared Services, and / or Business Process Outsourcing experience at a Manager level (or above) in the Finance arena with a focus on Transformation, with demonstrable improvements in process or operating model redesign, and / or automation
Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
Capability to develop solutions within a complex and demanding environment
Able to challenge the existing solutions and value propositions and drive the evolution of our offerings to digitally enabled BPO services
At least 10 years of experience in solutioning, consulting or delivery of outsourcing engagements, finance improvements and / or automation projects
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Strong technical skills with Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Experience in some aspect of RPA, Visualization and / or analytics preferred
Experience in Big 4, Business Process Outsourcing, Shared Services or finance
