As they are rapidly scaling in size and scope, we need an experienced Technical Recruiter to help find the best talent to carry this organization into the future. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience recruiting for multiple disciplines in a technical environment. Experience recruiting for a startup is a major plus!
Our recruiting team is small, focused, and works across all functions. We need you to discover and shepherd excellent technical candidates through the recruiting process, source and headhunt for specific roles, dig into referral networks, and develop Views presence at local events. You will work closely with the rest of the HR team, and build your own unique relationships with hiring managers and employees. You will grow tremendously as our team and our company scales.

ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
-Source, interview, and hire the best candidates for our engineering and IT teams
-Full cycle technical recruiting (from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers)
-Demonstrable track record of successfully recruiting high caliber engineers
-Identify and prioritize recruiting sources and networks and build pipeline of candidates
-Work closely with engineers across a broad range of disciplines (hardware, software, materials)
-Work with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and specifications
-Quickly prioritize and organize your time to get things done often under deadlines
-Utilize data and metrics to track results and optimize process
-Passionate about communicating with people across a wide variety of backgrounds
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-Familiarity with Jobvite (ATS) and Microsoft Office, especially Outlook for scheduling meetings
-Experience in high-growth startup environments
-Creative thinker who can generate innovative recruiting strategies
-Engineering background with successfully hiring top engineering candidates
-5+ years minimum experience in Technical Recruiting
-BS in Engineering/ or BA in Business Management
