Experis, a ManpowerGroup company has an exciting contract opportunity for a Social Media Manager I.

This position is a 7 months contract for one of our key clients, a Multinational organization that operates through the following segments: aviation, healthcare, power, renewable energy, digital industry, additive manufacturing and venture capital and finance.

Job Title: Social Media Manager I
Location: 100% Remote

Skills/ Experience Needed:
* Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources or related discipline or Associate degree with 5 years' work experience in Talent Acquisition or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of recruitment or HR experience.
* Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions, manage conflicting priorities, in a fast-paced environment, and being open to change
* Demonstrated ability to drive HR/Recruitment process and help deliver top talent through social media campaigns
* Excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
* Proficiency in LinkedIn, Facebook and Phenom

The Social Media Manager will plan, create and implement job ads by translating job descriptions and demographic data into actionable campaigns to attract top talent.
This role will be familiar with Phenom, Facebook, and LinkedIn advertising platforms and will track metrics to determine the success of each campaign.
Create a Word document with a job ad for each job, including the following:
* Title, Description: Edited to legible and ensuring that the test is compelling and accurate
* Hashtags: including #CompanyName and any other relevant search terms.
* Name of Recruiter, Job Number
Work with Branch Director to post jobs to the following locations:
* Personal profiles of recruiters and Brand Director
* Careers LinkedIn group
* Alumni LinkedIn group
* Power diversity groups as appropriate
* Power Facebook job posting
* Power LinkedIn Page
* Power Hot jobs Yammer group
* All Company Yammer group
