Jefferson Wells is currently seeking an Automotive Field Team Representative in Westlake Village.

As part of a remote team, the focus will be on supporting specified dealership partners. Working in conjunction with both regional and zone teams as well, this person will be focused on promoting vehicle sales & marketing support, consultation with specific programs & initiatives, leveraging cultural training, as well as developing future initiatives. The work involves a considerable amount of creativity, perception and wide latitude for independent actions, including significant independent judgment Growth opportunities available!


  • Interface with approximately assigned dealerships to both proactively consult and provide support
  • Manage dealership contacts utilizing various communication devices and technologies (phone, text, email, screen share, and IM)
  • Build strong relationships with dealers operators, dealer managers, regional offices
  • Understand business partner's needs, establishing credibility, and taking accountability for delivering value to each business contact
  • Facilitate and consult with dealers to ensure monthly/yearly objectives are met, as well as accomplishing other dealership goals
  • Work with dealers to improve profitability through marketing, merchandising, and operations consulting
  • Assist in product launches to ensure streamlined marketing and advertising
  • Communicate with all dealerships in the assigned territory monthly
  • Build and maintain friendly, high trust relationships with internal network and resources while acting with integrity, showing respect for others, and demonstrate an ability for teamwork
    Drive Retail Sales Targets for Assigned area; Objectives & Metrics obtainment
  • Travel on occasion

Desired Skills:

  • Dealership/ dealership sales or marketing experience, some type of automotive experience in sales or aftersales very helpful
  • Knowledge or experience of sales to OEM customers.
  • Important attributes: Energetic, Works well in team atmosphere
  • Good communication skills oral and written that involve understanding the audience and getting the message across, presenting information effectively.
