Qualifications:
Learning and Development Project Mgr Min for 5 yrs experience. This resource will assist in helping Human Health L&D to fulfill their mission and goals. They will demonstrate the necessary planning, leadership, influence and collaboration skills which are necessary in a complex, cross‐functional multi‐national team environment. The team members will interface with functional groups as necessary to ensure plans are developed, aligned, executed, tracked and reported in an effective and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
The responsibilities associated with the Project Manager role/function include the following:
* Develop an annual learning program plan for HH sites
* Create detailed project plans for collecting Site and Functional level annual learning plans
* Collate data into regional, SM, AH, "LM" roll-up, as well as HH level plan
* Manage and coordinate the delivery of critical departmental projects such as Site Leadership Team (SLT), Supply Chain Leader Excellence, and M1. Additional projects may be added such GSTC and Darwin.
* Provide risk identification and mitigation
* Provide support to project leaders to drive execution of project plans
* Draft and/or review HH L&D communications, agendas, and staff blogs
* Support and potentially serve as the community steward for the HH L&D Sync Page
* Provide Quickbase support for running routine reports for global L&D and HH Learning Governance
* Assist in budget development, tracking and monitoring for individual projects and the overall HH L&D program
* Assist in ensuring learning programs maintain process integrity and intent
* Serving as the "process check" to help the L&D team focus on strategic measurable needs In Addition, the role requires
* Create Detailed Execution Plan, annual learning plan, that outlines the key milestones for annual learning plans at each of 20-25 sites. o Each site would have the same process and similar milestones but different curricula and timing. o Plan to be populated with initial data in either excel or ppt to be able to report different views
* Various views of the annual learning plan such as but not limited to line of business view, regional view, and HH wide view.
* Detailed project plans for critical departmental projects
* Populated risk and issue register for critical departmental projects either held individually and for the HH L&D Program
* Populated Action and Decision log either held individually or for the HH L&D Program
* Sponsor status update template and report outs for critical departmental projects either held individually or for the HH L&D Program
* Project Communications and Material Generation
* Realization Indicators and Metrics
* Budget, Forecast and Spending Analysis as required. *** Remote- candidate must be able to work east coast hours. *Strong organization skills *Strategic thinker *Strong Communication skills. 1 yr duration. Interviews will be webex- candidate must be camera ready.
