The Project Release Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and project support for a team of highly technical, trading technologies developers and software engineers. This coordinator will have overall responsibility and accountability for the successful release of trading technology upgrades, in a fast paced environment, managing hundreds of technical releases on a weekly basis.
The successful candidates will have experience, coordinating, tracking, scheduling, creating support tickets and will be very highly organized. Release coordinator must be able to communicate to the project lead any questions or concerns in a timely matter for quick resolution. Responsible to review new project data, timelines and tracking of each product release and provide accurate reporting to all team members involved.
What you'll do:
Streamline releases for multiple teams and enable SRE organization focus on engineering work.
Independently represent technical teams in Change Advisory Boards.
Manage, track projects with short and long time horizon.
Develop systems that require least investment of time by technical teams.
Organize, collect KPIs and Metrics to manage OKRs for the SAVE organization.
Mastery in Excel, Tableau or Data Analysis tools.
Mastery in Atlassian suite JIRA/Confluence or a similar tool.
Detailed understanding and expression of technical concepts.
Excellent presentation skills including PowerPoint.
Financial services industry experience.
Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering.
