An immediate opportunity exists for a candidate with solid experience leading multiple projects within a structured PMO environment, to join our team. Due to an unprecedented period of growth, we have a LONG-TERM CONTRACT opportunity in the SAN JOSE, CA area for a PROGRAM MANAGER CX PROCESS INTEGRATION.
Role/Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will work with multiple internal project teams by leading and managing project planning, budgeting and deliverables tracking for portfolio projects. Focus will be on building and managing a strategic program to integrate 6 currently independent work streams.
The selected candidate work with current internal teams, stakeholders and sponsors to assist in deliverables tracking and reporting and to ensure that all deliverables meet PMO standards.
Candidate will actively participate in planning and execution of project knowledge transfer in preparation for the implementation and operation of the enhancement
Support and ensure timely and accurate project financial tracking and reporting as well as issue/risk analysis and escalation
Act as primary liaison on behalf of the PMO organization, project and stakeholder teams.

Requirements:

Minimum BS/BA degree in MIS, IT, CIS, general business or related field is highly desired.
PMP is REQUIRED
Minimum 5 years experience as a project manager; 2+ years experience serving in a program management role working within a large PMO environment
Experience in project planning, budgeting, financial tracking and reporting and process improvement is required.
All candidates must be versed in PMBOK methodology including assessing scope, stakeholder management, requirements gathering and serving as liaison within functional teams.
All candidates must have experience working with business side projects and have in-depth knowledge of full life-cycle project management and constraints
Advanced hands-on experience using MS Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint & Excel.

Preference will be given to candidates available to interview and work on-site in SAN JOSE, CA. Remote candidates will be considered as telecommuting is available for this role.
