Description: The primary responsibilities of an Associate QA Representative include supporting the quality function by overseeing cGMP activities, documentation and reports.
Knowledge of cGMP requirements
Ensure documentation that Quality Assurance (QA) creates, reviews or approves is clearly written, accurate, and complete and meets cGMP requirements, policies, and procedures.
Familiarity with Trackwise deviation and CAPA management database or similar management system preferred
Reviewing and releasing materials
Supporting Non-conformance Material Investigation process
Maintain professional and constructive communications and interactions between QA and the clients and the areas QA supports while demonstrating flexibility to support clients' and other areas' needs.
Associates degree or higher preferred
0-2 years of experience
Team Size: Will be stand alone and will work with a supervisor and facilitator for directives.
Work Environment: Office environment will be quiet but fast paced.
This role is to support review and approval of documents.
Responsibilities include reviewing documentation for compliance and executing assigned quality tasks (e.g., pre-approving instructions), providing review and approval of change request (e.g., TrackWise change controls and EDMS document change requests), approving item masters, product specifications and materials for usage in manufacturing.
