Description:Minimum RequirementsThis is an entry level position for new graduates with a Bachelor's degree in engineering in a program accredited by ABET*; Passing the Fundamentals of Engineering examination in preparation for future licensing as a Professional Engineer (PE) is encouraged and preferred.*ABET - Engineering Accreditation Commission of the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology. Title: Real Estate Accountant
Duration: 4 Months Contract

Completes intermediate to advanced level accounting transactions in preparation of client financial statement packages. Creates and posts journal entries.
Ensures that all expenses, receipts, owner's distributions, funding requests and other transactions for the accounting period have been accurately posted.
Generates and reviews financial packages for accuracy and comprehensive reporting.
Prepares packages on a schedule to ensure timely delivery to the client and other management teams.
Adheres to Client Accounting Policies and Procedures (CAPP) to ensure internal and external reporting requirements are consistently met.
Reviews and audits funding and payment requests for accuracy, documentation and authorization in accordance with established operating procedures.
Responds to and resolves issues and requests from management teams and clients regarding various accounting issues and reports, including Profit and Loss statements.
Researches open accounting issues and recognizes potential issues and/or conflicts so corrective action can intercept and minimize issues.
Participates in budgeting and forecasting for assigned property portfolio, new property and client transitions, and client audit requests.
Assists in training team members on portfolio specific transitions.
Monitors scope of services delivered and provides feedback to manager regarding any changes in scope.
Coordinates work with other team members within single point-of-contact (SPOC) guidelines.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Sr. Construction Project Manager
Location: Tulsa, OK (74119)
Contract Length: 12 months (with opportunity for extension)
Travel: 25% travel consists of traveling to project sites. Currently due to COVID-19 this position will start remotely and later transition into working on location targeting the beginning of 2021.
Manage a portfolio of predominately medium risk projects, or assist in the management of projects of the highest complexity, within a matrix team environment.
Provide leadership, direction, training, coordination, and effective communication to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects in a safe, efficient, economical, risk-balanced approach to achieve short and long range goals and to obtain maximum customer satisfaction.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field of study with five (5) years qualified experience or, two-year Associate's degree in the same required disciplines with seven (7) years of qualified experience (see below).
Experience must exhibit increasing project management and business/financial administration activities and responsibilities.
Trained in areas of construction safety, negotiations, scope development and control, cost estimating, construction contracting, project controls and reporting, quality control, risk management.

Project Management Institute's (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Provide effective leadership, team building and meeting management as outlined in PMBOK and leadership competencies and values.

Demonstrated proficiency in Oracle's Primavera P6 scheduling software.

Webex interviews will be conducted.Looking to start interviewing quickly and start contractor beginning of November. Travel is minimal and would consist of possible site visitPosition Summary: The Project Coordinator will be responsible to coordinate project team activities supporting the Project Managers (PM) including overseeing the financial reporting for multiple projects, responsible to monitor project budgets, and creating work orders to assure accurate depiction of project cost.Skills required - Proficient in use of computer and MS Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
