This position will focus on implementing and maintaining effective operations validation activities in alignment with policy for our laboratory testing sites. This role works closely with all departments especially laboratory operations and IT teams to develop and maintain the site's validation status. This position will play an important role in coordination of validation projects including QMS optimization. In this role, you will report to the Site Head of Quality and actively lead QA support for the Toxicology Testing Services utilizing Federal and other applicable regulatory and technical standards.

The successful candidate must have: 2-3 yrs of wastewater/stormwater operations or environmental compliance experience required. Strong verbal and written communication skills, team skills, personal character, and ethics Strong analytical and problem solving skills and a hands-on approach to problem solving, with a bias towards going to see problems for oneself in the field. Ability to examine an issue from diverse perspectives (safety, compliance, maintenance, automation, equipment, process, and people) in order to best understand and resolve.
