1st Shift : Mon-Thu 5a-3p
2nd Shift: Mon-Thu 3p-1a
3rd shift: Fri-Sun 6a-6p
4th Shift: Fri-Sun 6p-6a
Note: This is an administrative position who will assist with COVID testing. They will NOT have contact with individuals testing and the site has clear social distance set up and protective gear. They will be conducting intakes, testing data collection, and check ins. Must have strong computer skills (MS Suite products), organization skills and ability to communicate clearly in English both verbal and written. **For ALL DAY SHIFTS - candidate is customer (employee) facing so they must also be professional in demeanor and appearance**
COMMON CHARACTERISTICS:
An administrative assistant's primary duty is to perform a variety of administrative functions with a high degree of customer service and quality in support of upper management.
Responsibilities include:
Assist in greeting employees as they present for their weekly testing process.
Collect and track employee testing data using EHE's proprietary and other Microsoft office applications.
On-board patients, collect completed tests and electronically scan and organize consent forms.
Assist the EHE, HR and EH&S teams in supporting the on-site management if the testing clinic operations like testing queues and patient check-in/check-out.
Adhere to client, EHE, CDC and state safety measures, maintaining a safe environment for all.
Functional Characteristics:
Actively participates, suggests solutions to problems
Has developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience
Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision
Progression towards a Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Public Health, on the Pre-Med track or related field; advanced degree (MPH or MBA) a plus.
Flexibility to meet scheduled shifts, including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends.
Detail oriented approach with project management capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft platforms.
Some experience working in a professional setting.
Exceptional customer or patient service expertise.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Business acumen a plus.
Typical Minimum Education and/or Experience:
High School/GED
Technical certificate or higher preferred
2-5 years of experience
Must be able to read and understand English-written job instructions and safety requirements
