We are looking for a strong SAP Improvment Specialist with expereince in Fico to join the team!
As a member of the Continuous Improvement Team, as the Continuous Improvement Specialist you would be responsible for supporting the development, implementation and adoption of global standard processes & enhancements driven by varying components of the SAP platform. Team members will need to collaborate with the Business Transformation, RCT, Product Development and Client Services teams to deliver these to the organization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:* Global Process Managemento Participate in Corporate strategic initiatives that drive transformational change as a subject matter expert in system usage, process impact and change management to achieve program directives.o Collaborate with SAP Teams, Operations and third parties to document in detail requirements for SAP system or business process changes.o Initiate improvements to the SAP toolset with the aim of improving efficiency and productivity.o Ensuring that workflows and processes driven by system functionality stands up to the SAP and Governance Structure and is fit-for-purpose.o Evaluate that all processes and proposed amendments are supported by Key Performance Indicators and these are visible and measurable.o Candidate should ensure that they are staying informed about developments within the SAP System, Agencies and Back Offices and that any impacted process' are continually evaluated.
* Solution Adoptiono In conjunction with the Business Transformation Team, actively monitor the various functional, business and geographical units to ensure that they are compliant with the existing SAP processes.o Work with management teams and local stakeholders to actively deploy the standard SAP Process and enhancements.o Evaluate change requests and support the resolution of these with stakeholders and SAP teams.o Ensure that all processes and enhancements are clearly communicated and supported by training and process documentation.o Negotiate with the relevant Process Owner, Agency and Shared Services to resolve conflicts and drive the adoption of standard agreed Process.o Manage, define and deploy independently, priority projects, as necessary.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:* Sound working knowledge of Agency, Back Office business processes.* Knowledge of US GAAP revenue recognition rules.* Detailed Knowledge of SAP system functionality and its application.* Sound understanding of Accounting & Finance.

HS Diploma or equivalent.
3-5 years experience in the Life Safety/Fire Detection industry or related experience.
Perform service, repairs, inspections and installations on electronic fire alarm systems and other related building system products (Access Control, Intrusion, CCTV, Nurse Call and Sound Systems) at customer sites.
Effectively work with all service department staff to ensure implementation of SimplexGrinnell standards, tools, and processes.
Service, troubleshoot, and install many different fire alarm manufacturer systems, including Simplex.
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/system programs, schematics and operational product manuals.
Manage daily call activity to accurately and effectively manage work load to allow for first time service call fix and limited re-work and customer downtime.
Must have working knowledge of test equipment such as multi-meters, digital analyzers, oscilloscopes, decibel and frequency meters, and the like.
Provide quality customer service in person and on the phone including assisting customers with all questions.
