Files correspondence, memos, records, and reports. Maintains and organizes files.
Sorts and distributes incoming mail to appropriate executives.
Communicates with members of the Board regarding dates, locations, and times of Board and committee meetings.
Assumes responsibility for preparing and maintaining assigned records and reports.
Assembles, tabulates, calculates, and maintains financial and statistical data on a regular and special basis
Prepares documents as assigned.

Utilizes problem-solving skills to identify root causes of bugs and devise solutions
Applies business knowledge to plan and implement solutions for new requirements and enhancements
Documents tasks, solutions, and status in RedMine/Jira tracking tool
Creates and verifies test builds
Coordinates user testing with QA group at USH, resolving issues to meet deadlines
Adheres to project timelines and schedules. Informs the IT Manager if there is a potential for a deviation from time lines and schedules
Applies DTS and agency specific standards when designing and coding
Develops time and effort estimates
Follows software development processes and checklists to ensure completeness and stability of software
Works closely with enterprise database administrators to coordinate database design and management
Performs research and troubleshooting as required by business
Provides input and expertise to IT Manager regarding project planning, feasibility, and dependencies of new projects
Maintains annual HIPAA training and applies data protections standards and guidelines to work product
Helps with the migration of legacy code to web technologies
