What you will be doing:
You will determine conformance of products based on data received from CMM
GOM ATOS Blue Light programming
Run existing programs as necessary
You will Store programs according to applicable work instructions
Schedule maintenance for CMMs as required
Use Data Page as a tool for gathering information
Scanning system is GOM ATOS Blue light System
Here's a summary of who we're seeking:
Knowledge of CMM languages, highly preferred is PC DMIS, Open DMIS, and/or MODUS
Familiar with Blue Light or White Light programming required
Airfoil experience preferred
Knowledge of GD&T, fixture, and inspection methods

Answers incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information of a non-technical nature.
Responds to customer inquiries, provides customers with product and service information and processes orders, forms and applications.
May also make outboard service calls to potential customers.
Utilizes mechanized systems to initiate and complete service orders and handle customer requests.
Researches required information using available resources.
Our client has IMMEDIATE NEEDS for multiple Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technicians for their manufacturing plant just outside of Birmingham, Alabama. This is a contract to hire role that is eligible for OT (approximately 10+ hrs per week). You will need to be flexible on which shift(there is a shift differential) you will be assigned. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, overhaul and parts replacement. You will also be tasked to track equipment maintenance costs from parts usage, downtime and repair/maintenance manpower costs and maintain equipment drawings, asset listings, spare parts inventory listings and department specifications for assigned area.
