Inside Sales Specialist
Location: Round Rock, TX; Nashville, TN; Oklahoma City, OK
Contract Length: 3-6 months on contract and then will move to a full-time, permanent role
Pay Rate: $15/hr (when the position moves to a permanent role, pay rate will be increased and you will be eligible for commission)
Description:
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Provides pre-sales and/or post-sales operational support.
Manages order fulfillment.
Researches customer or order problems, and delivers solutions working cross-functionally to resolve. Liaises between the customer/partner and sales organization.
Focuses on delivering a positive customer or partner experience.
Facilitates product and sales information flow.
Drives sales operations process improvements.
Serves as interface for order status and handles order escalation and SKU management.
May serve as primary interfaces with other internal functions, based on BU and/or regional requirements.
May be responsible for influencing sales behavior and capabilities.

Job Duties:
Transactional focus.
Will work with senior sales reps to quote, assist with customer requests and call out to customers.
Entry-level representative, learning segment and product offerings.
Regular coaching/mentoring required.
Frequent contact with managers.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Professional oral and written communication skills, an ability to multitask, strong attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft and web based applications.
Cooperates and collaborates with colleagues, cross-functionally, to support the sales process.
Understands the administrative and operational requirements of the job.
Demonstrates good judgment in analyzing information to make routine decisions.
Follows up with occasional outbound calls.
Guidance:
Normally receives little instruction on routine work and receives general instructions for new sales activities.
Follows protocols.
Receives periodic supervision on new assignments.
Work guided by assignment objectives.
Typically establishes own priorities within guidelines.
Regularly adjusts to multiple demands and shifting priorities.
Independently gathers resources and information needed to complete sales activities.
Experience:
1-2 years of relevant sales experience.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
