The role at this time is specifically concentrating on Government invoicing. The successful candidate will be responsible to:
Track status of open invoices for Government and NASA accounts to ensure DSO is kept low and disputes are minimal.
Review the invoices for alignment with Contract requirements.
Validate that correct documents such as Proof of Delivery and DD250 (government form) are received from our Plants and attached to the invoices as needed.
Submit completed and validated invoice data and documents into the Government and NASA customized web portals accurately and timely so we can receive timely payment.
Reach out to internal (Collections, Inside Sales, Plant Personnel, etc) as needed to resolve issues on incomplete or incorrect data and/or missing documents.
Acquire and maintain an in depth knowledge and understanding of the individual Government Contracts to be able to accurately review the invoices and delivery documents.

- Minimum of a High School diploma or GED - some college is a plus
