Facility, Process Transfer, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance (QA) Transfer and Quality Control (QC) Transfer), Capital Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) and People/Culture. Within these workstreams there are detailed projects. There are 12-15 initiatives running concurrently. Some projects have PM support, some do not . There is not a standardized toolset; the team are using MS Project, Primavera, etc. Help is needed to drive some of the workstreams and connect across all pods/governances to provide a holistic view of all work in the queue, understanding the critical path and potential impacts.
