ITOC Help Desk Support Needed!

Seeking an ITOC Help Desk individual who can provide first level support internally and externally in a 24x7 environment, answer calls, and resolve trouble tickets of varying complexity.
Provide Tier 1 telephone support for end-user applications
Process system access requests
Password resets and conference bridge setups
Diagnose and resolve problems
Monitor and support internal systems and create service tickets
Report on system and applications issues
What we look for:
2+ years' experience in IT support center or performing technical support (Windows OS, password resets, troubleshooting software, etc.)
1+ years' experience within Network Operations Center preferred (24x7 environment)
Experience working with internal and external users
Knowledge/experience with Solarwinds
NOC background or Tier 2 support
Bachelors/Associate degree in an IT related field

The Senior Software Engineering role will be responsible for developing on enterprise-level firm software, and supporting specific needs of staff and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be someone who learns and works quickly, capable of working with different programming languages and software packages, and assisting in database administration functions as it relates to operations.
This role will originally be remote but will eventually sit in Carmel. Your Role: Assists with the architecture and development of firm custom developed software.
