Business Analyst (AM) General Description of the Engagement We are seeking a Business Analyst (BA) who has experience with Asset Management (AM) system implementations, specifically experience with transportation and infrastructure as well as experience in the public sector are all helpful. Experience identifying AM process events, activities, and integrations, along with documenting and supplying useful recommendations when implementing AM applications, is specifically very helpful. Expected Responsibilities: The BA will participate in initiation, assessment, and design workshops, documenting deliverables, decisions, action items, and adding appropriate recommendations to help our client's teams be successful. Success in this effort is building rapport with the project team and stakeholders, as well as capturing appropriate detail, facilitating relevant decisions, preparing process and workflow documentation, and helping aggregate those reports to stakeholders for approval and signoff.
Business Or System Analyst - Senior (6-10 Yrs)

Track record of delivering business process requirements and use cases.
Gather user requirements and write functional and detailed specifications.
Requires a solid understanding of relevant business issues.
Strong knowledge of MS Project, Excel, MS Word and Visio Drawing tool along with general familiarity with Outlook and other MS Office applications is also required.
Desire a working knowledge of Rational Unified Process methodology in developing use cases, use case model, supplementary requirements, and business rules is essential.

Business or System Analyst/Technical - Mid Level (3-5 yrs.)Description:
Act as requirements project lead for medium to large projects, directing and coordinating requirements project staff and activities.
Oversee production support of core projects, including gathering and documenting requirements, translating functional requirements to technical requirements, and identifying options.
Partner with business users and act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
Coordinates development, testing, and implementation of solutions with vendors.
Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst with track record of delivering business process requirements and use cases is required.
Solid experience and understanding of Agile Scrum and Rational Unified Process Methodology in developing use cases, use case model, supplementary requirements, and business rules is essential.
