POSITION: Building Engineer LOCATION: Collier Twp., PennsylvaniaTYPE: Contract to Direct Hire RESPONSIBILITIES:*Utilizes advanced skills to perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment and grounds. *Working under limited supervision, monitors building system operations and performance. Utilizes several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling.*Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety. *Inspects building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by client. *Oversees and inspects the work performed by outside contractors.
Qualifications:Production Technician Sterile Supply I (Elkton Only) Qualifications: NOTE: The area will have low levels of antibiotic powder. The candidate cannot have known allergies to antibiotic. Candidates with minimum of degree in Science or Engineering with 0-1 year experience or no degree but with 3+ years of experience will be considered. Required: Basic computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. This position requires the ability to work rotating shifts. Capital Project Management: Manage Capital projects as assigned. Capital project execution will encompass all phases, from conception to close-out, including Scope Development, Cost Estimation, Justification and PAF, Schedule Development and Maintenance, Engineering & Design, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, and Start-up. Ensure that all affected Operating Groups are involved in all phases of a project, particularly in the critical Scope Development phase. Provide clear and timely communication to affected parties on project status, progress, and issues. Ensure that safety considerations are properly addressed and resolved through Safety Review meetings and PHA/MOCs as appropriate. Ensure that environmental concerns are addressed and resolved.
