Responsible for IP success in SoC designs for new and existing customers. Ensure that the customers make sound IP choices conducive to the success of their SoC products.
Expert business and technical support of Semiconductor IP/Library (standard cells, memories, I/Os, Analog Blocks, PHY/Serdes, ), to field applications and sales teams, to drive customer engagements on IP selection and integration.
The role requires working with customers, sales, marketing, and R&D teams from different locations.
The Customer Success IP Manager will be involved in customer meetings to understand customers business and technical requirements for IP, supporting the engagements via regular meetings, resolving business and technical issues, and regularly communicating status during the engagement.
The Customer Success IP Manager will leverage the overall IP portfolio offering of and its OIP ecosystem partners.
Knowledge of the semiconductor IP market, and experience selling/marketing semiconductor IP products to fabless semiconductor vendors
Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and with TSMCs internal engineering teams
BSEE with 10+ years of relevant experience, or MSEE with 10+ years of relevant experience
Good understanding of major Interface standards: USB, MIPI, PCIe, DDR/LPDDR/HBM, High Speed SerDes, etc.
Familiarity with state-of-the-art SoC Design Implementation
Ability to understand and present complex requirements, problems, and solutions concisely in verbal and written communications
Ability to analyze, summarize and generate status updates from business and technical data
