Ownership of full cycle recruitment process for assigned requisitions. Utilize on-going pro-active, creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies. Researching and sourcing candidates through advanced search techniques; generating recruitment reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing recruitment data and trends. Recruiting methods may include internet and internal posting systems, employee referrals, career/job fairs and open houses, networking, and other effective methods to locate and hire quality talent - Partner, educate and consult with hiring managers on recruitment process, strategy and expectations, and work with managers to build an understanding of open positions and departments Screen and source passive and active candidates utilizing behavior based interviewing and assessment techniques and present pre-screened candidates to management - Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and administrative components involved with hiring new associates at multiple sites - Assist management in annual workforce planning and forecasting - Assist in managing and auditing the requisition process ensuring all staffing compliance requirements are met - Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, hiring managers and HR Staff - Ensure that recruiting processes are legally compliant and meet EEO/ADA guidelines - Assist Staffing Specialist in developing, implementing and/or maintaining employment programs - Stay informed of trends and innovative recruitment techniques Bachelors degree in related field - Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems; Internet Technology; Excel Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software. 7-10 years of experience
