Job Title: Channel Sales Program Administrator

Job Location: REMOTE

Job Duration: 12+ Months contract

Primary Function

  • This position will provide channel administration and program support to our Large Format Design channel/sales team.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Big Deals
  • Using Eclipse, create, edit, maintain and communicate all LF Design Program Big Deals and CEP end user big deals
  • Create CA and US monthly Instant Rebates
  • Coordinate pricing, margin and rebate information with category, sales management and finance.
  • Ensure Big Deal access and Amplify/LF Design partner access are coordinated.
  • Credit Memo Management
  • Receive, track and respond to CSP e-mails requesting credit for PL30 and PLGE
  • Use Access Database and Excel to create and track all Credit Memos.
  • Submit all completed Credit Memos to contacts for credit processing.
  • Bi-weekly meetings with CSPs to update and report on any outstanding claims
  • Create and e-mail reports to CSP's as CM's are paid
  • Provide update tracking spreadsheet of all CM's
  • Train Partners on Demo Rebate process and troubleshoot demo claim issues.
  • Weekly meetings with outside vendors on Demo Rebate claims and issues.
  • Update and distribute monthly Demo Rebate Claims Dashboard.
  • Provide partners with info on how to claim demo units
  • Maintain list of partners with demo units, date of purchase sku,by program
  • Provide monthly report of partners needing to purchase
  • Extended Warranties
  • Receive requests for all PL30 Warranty Extensions.
  • Verify demo unit eligibility on demo sales.
  • Receive customer invoice to ensure compliance, manage, track and submit.
  • Submit and track warranty extension requests.
  • Respond and verify new warranty expiration dates
  • HP Partner Portal Navigation and training
  • Walk partners through HP Partner Portal.
  • Train partners on the use of the Partner Portal, what's available and navigation, go-to resource
  • Program Management
  • Create, maintain and distribute presentations on program processes for Partners
  • Manage program mailbox, ensure partners receive answers/information they need in a timely manner
  • Ensure LF Design Master newsletter master lists are correct / make updates
  • Ensure LF Design master list and HP Partner Portal master list (click and Go/check Engine) are in sync.
  • Back office data and process management
  • Additional program management as necessary
  • Using Eclipse, create, edit, maintain and communicate all LF Design Program Big Deals and CEP end user big deals
  • Coordinate pricing, margin and rebate information with category, sales management and finance.
  • Ensure Big Deal access and Amplify/LF Design partner access are coordinated.
  • LF Design Monthly Performance Statement
  • Communicate performance metrics for both LF Design Program to assigned resellers/partners via monthly performance statements.
  • Spif Management Maintain master list of all Spif program participants
  • Train Partners on Spif process and troubleshoot Spif claim issues.
  • Weekly meetings with outside vendors on Spif claims and issues.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of technical and/or business-related experience.

Experience:

  • 5-10 years of experience working in an analyst, channel support role, sales support role, and/or administration of channel rebate programs

Skill Set:

  • Detail oriented, follow through, accuracy in data handling
  • Initiative to follow-up on pending issues and drive program management
  • Works well under pressure with the ability to multi-task
  • Strong analysis & reporting skills
  • Effective oral, written and telephone skills
  • Strong MS Excel skills (Vlookups, if/then formulas, charts, etc.)
  • Understanding of channel sales processes, a plus
  • HP and/or Graphic Solution experience a plus
