Experis has an immediate opportunity for a Change Manager for our IT client in San Jose, CA with the following skills:
Role & Responsibilities:
Through direction of the change manager lead, deliver against change plan for continued rollout of a global procure to pay platform and other strategic initiatives as needed.
Execute against existing change strategy / plan
Support communications efforts which include help with the creation of digital assets, email content, and PowerPoint content
Help maintain internal stakeholder website (Employee Community pages)
Assess change impact of new feature rollouts and develop appropriate change plan
Develop plan to assess users feedback and recommend actions reduce support cases
Develop training content including online training, documentation
Support the continued rollout of WalkMe by identifying and assisting in the content creation to support additional processes
Bachelors degree with 5-7 years of change management experience
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills (provide work samples, if available)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members
Ability to understand and learn digital tools.
Procurement knowledge a plus.
Knowledge of SAP Ariba and / or WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform a plus
Proficient knowledge of MS Office suite with an emphasis on PowerPoint and Word
Energetic, passionate about learning, ability to influence team to get desired results on time
