Training and assessment content development/delivery for short term projects, such as product /activation launches, selling skills practices
Administrative tasks, such as monthly course enrollments, LMS course set up, reports, help requests, session plannings, pre & post course tasks, virtual classroom set ups,
Managing new hire learning tracks (onboarding, course enrollments, onboarding content updates)

skill profile:
- Working Knowledge - project management in learning/ workplace learning
- Working knowledge Curriculum development and training content creation for new employee Onboarding
- Fully operational - instructional writing and briefing skills for training contents. Experience in developing/revising user guides both for new hires and their line managers.
- Working knowledge in developing online learning materials (short videos, e-books, presentations, e-learnings, sharepoints etc.)
- Working knowledge - MS Office (Excel/PPT)
- Being a quick learner, keen eye on details
- Strong communication and team work skills to collaborate with subject-matter experts.
- Optional: working knowledge - Cornerstone (Learning Hub) and Degreed
- Optional: Selling Skills and Foodservice background; however, availability of any of these skills should be considered as an advantage

This is a part-time role 3 full days per week (8 hours per day/24 hours per week)
Flexibility to work remote or from Englewood Cliffs NJ

There is possibility of some travel - no more than 10%
