Business Systems Analyst IV
At least 10 years relevant experience required.
Take ownership of functional and nonfunctional scope analysis, product requirements and solution design for assigned area.
Facilitate sessions to solicit, document and review product requirements.
Develop and document functional and non-functional product requirements with clear acceptance criteria.
Work with Architect/developers to design solutions that meet product requirements.
Work with QAT team to review QAT Test Plans, QAT Test Cases to ensure test cases cover all functional and non-functional requirements and provide feedback to QAT resources on test results.
Provide feedback to QAT testers on defect priority, criticality based on a deep understanding of functional and non-functional requirements, as well as impacts to business from defects.
Document User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Plans, UAT Test Cases and UAT Test Scripts.
Proactively review project for risk and mitigations before they become critical, raise risks to program leadership.
Consistently keep stakeholders, leadership and program manager/ scrum master informed of task priority & status.
Experience developing/grooming product requirements backlog
Experience refining user stories and planning sprints.
Experience understanding and documenting as-is business processes and deriving/ documenting feature requirements for automation.
Experience assessing impact of new requirements on an existing suite of complex applications
Experience documenting unambiguous functional and non-functional feature requirements and developing User Stories with clear acceptance criteria. This should include happy path and exception path scenarios.
Experience documenting End-to-End integration requirements with clear acceptance criteria, and work with developers to design REST APIs to ensure requirements are fulfilled.
Experience understanding non-functional aspects of technology platform requirements E.g. security, performance, stability, monitoring and translating this understanding into non-functional requirements with clear acceptance criteria.
Experience in authoring API definitions and request/response samples
Experience reviewing QAT Test Plans, QAT Test Cases to ensure test cases cover all functional and non-functional requirements and providing feedback to QAT resources in test results.
Experience providing feedback to QAT testers on defect priority, criticality based on a deep understanding of functional and non-functional requirements, as well as impacts to business from defects.
Experience documenting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Plans, UAT Test Cases and UAT Test Scripts.
Experience leading and facilitating grooming sessions.
Experience providing product demos.
Experience working with vendor delivery teams and vendor COTS solutions integrated into internal ecosystem
Experience working with other enterprise teams for end to end enterprise solutions delivery
Experience with large scale System Integration Projects.
Experience operating in an Agile / Scrum environment.
Experience using SDLC tools like JIRA Align, SharePoint, qTest, Visio and MS Office productivity tools
Experience doing data analysis with large data sets using MS Excel, Pivot tables etc.
Experience in effectively managing time, prioritizing work, multi-tasking across multiple assignments / tasks
Experience in stakeholder management.
Experience working with REST APIs, understanding of Requests/Responses and ability to work with architects/developers to design REST APIs to meet product requirements
Experience using Postman for testing REST APIs
