Individual Advisory Services (IAS) offers highly sophisticated financial planning capabilities designed to help clients accomplish their immediate and long term investment goals. ROLE

The IAS Business Management, Consultant is responsible for leading, coordinating, and executing the operational objectives for the IAS Productivity and Development team.

The Consultant works with field leadership and management by organizing, executing and coordinating business operation functions to set an industry-leading experience for our associates across IAS and, in turn, our clients. The Consultant will be responsible for the operational management of onboarding and new hire development programs and processes, in close consultation and collaboration with field managers and business partners, to ensure that all processes are completed in a timely manner and programs are managed efficiently and effectively.

This is a Contingent Worker position contracted through an external firm. There is no guarantee of permanent, full-time employment at any point.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain and implement operational plans for IAS to ensure business meets and exceeds relevant goals. Track and update strategic long-range and short term tactical plans to support IAS objectives in a forward-thinking manner

Coordinate and collaborate with field leaders and business partners

Responsible for managing and creating reports, executing onboarding processes, managing materials, executing logistical tasks for new hire training, and coordinating and maintaining oversight over current programs.

Responsible for the business continuity, planning, and reporting for the process or program.

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven understanding of, and a commitment to, working in a team environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the professional setting in mind.

Proficient with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Superior follow-through, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Demonstrate a positive attitude, initiative, creativity and flexibility.

Effective time management and resource utilization skills.

Self-driven, motivated, and proactively seeks new tasks and challenges.

Proficient in a fast paced environment, managing multiple tasks at once, and meeting critical deadlines.

Inquisitive when faced with new challenges, is not afraid to ask questions due to inexperience in a particular area or task.

Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building abilities.
