Work on projects of any size using a standard business/technology collaborative approach.
Interacts with Senior Management on a consistent basis regarding complex programs & projects
Provides client and peer coaching on the development of requirements as formally assigned.
Brings expertise when assessing requirements during Peer Review sessions to ensure high quality of the requirements
Utilizes the methodology and tools used in alignment with industry standards
Skilled in problem analysis and resolution
Identify dependencies, risks, scope, & long-pole activities and escalate appropriately as needed.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Advanced Business analysis, including working knowledge of IIBA standards and possession of diverse, analytical tools
Business Interviewing Skills
Computer Fluency (STRONG Word Processing, Spread sheet, and Process Mapping Software skills)
Proficiency in Process Analysis or BPM (Business Process Mapping), able to map out future plans, experience working with charters
Must be able to communicate at all organizational levels
3+ years of business analysis experience in business process and technology integration projects.
An understanding of business processes related to banking products such as checking/savings accounts, mortgages and credit cards
