Researches and analyzes basic and complex issues surrounding the processes and systems of an organization. Makes recommendations surrounding improving processes, efficiency and practices. Bachelor's degree required and 3-5 years of direct experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Typically reports to top management.
o Functionally will serve as our liaison to the USCDP team, will handle & coordinate intake & response to ServiceNow tickets, and work with vendors as needed
o Project management & organization skills are primary
o Technical skills are also beneficial to us, but secondary. This includes basic SQL, good proficiency in MS Office, basic scripting languages (VBA/VBS, python) or modeling tools (R, SPSS).
