We are looking for an experienced Benefits Coordinator to add to our growing and successful team! This professional will have 3+ years of experience in Benefits Administration, handling contract interpretation, claims, resolutions, assisting with benefit questions and more. This professional will enjoy a busy administrative role and will have a successful track record of dependability and someone that wants longevity in an organization.
The right candidate will possess recent benefit administration experience along with high volume in a fast paced environment. They must have knowledge of laws and regulations associated with a comprehensive benefit program. This professional will have experience with leave management, COBRA administration, and ability to interpret rules and answer related questions. Must have experience with ADA, Disability Leaves, and FMLA compliance. This professional will need to have experience with handling a high volume of calls and emails that require follow up with payroll and vendors. They will also have experience working with Accounting and Payroll and be willing to work overtime during month end. The Benefits Coordinator will have experience in coordinating open enrollment including company-wide communications and materials as well as conducting employee meetings.
