The Associate Planning Manager will be responsible for Demand and Supply Planning for Client brands. This individual will have the unique opportunity to integrate the deodorant portfolio into Client distribution centers and planning systems. The role will focus on collaborative "bottoms-up" planning with Customer Development, Brand, and Customer Supply Chain. The objective is to continuously improve forecast accuracy and supply plan to deliver high customer service levels and simultaneously support the reduction of finished goods inventory. The role entails acting as a team leader of the cross functional team members that participate in the S&OP meetings, run strategy meetings, and innovation project meetings to support local and international requirements.

What Youll Need To Succeed
Bachelors Degree in in Engineering, Logistics, Operations Planning, Supply Chain or related fields
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Planning
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft project
APICS certification a plus
An ability to effectively communicate complex information to a variety of levels and audiences
Maintain a high sense of urgency and innate sense of team collaboration
Good quantification and analytical skills in a dynamic environment requiring the ability to be flexible and work in gray areas.
