Associate Digital Marketing Specialist, SIBG Marketing Center

Position Overview:
SIBG Marketing Center is an internal agency model helping safety and industrial stakeholders connect with customers in modern ways. Our fast paced work environment is free flowing, open to big ideas, and tests the latest trends in digital and B2B marketing. We are looking for self-starting, savvy digital marketers to join our team to support the growth of our team, helping generate and manage demand generation for incredible 3M customer solutions.

Position Duties:
Responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing strategies (e.g. SEO/SEM, Social, User Experience, Content Marketing, e-mail marketing) to drive demand among end users
Content optimization efforts from start to finish including; prioritizing products, generating and editing dynamic content, optimizing content for searchability, assisting in syndicating content to partners.
Partner with agile team to develop customer-first marketing plans and engagement strategies based on persona insights and customer journey maps
Responsible for executing strategic digital initiatives to drive business growth for the Division
Ensure alignment of the holistic customer experience across a Division by working with cross-functional Divisional, Corporate, and Agency team members
Monitor online activities to find efficiencies and prioritize improvements in the customers experience while driving revenue, to ensure that 3M consistently shows up online and that all activities drive value
Work with stakeholders across company to prioritize work and scale impact
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
Share results and insights with larger 3M Marketing teams

Basic Qualifications:
Possess a Bachelors degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
Minimum of two (2) combined years of Marketing, Brand, and/or Agency experience in a private, public, government or military environment

Preferred Qualifications:
Strong project management/organizational skills ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple programs
Results oriented successful experience using qualitative and quantitative metrics to manage programs in order to drive revenue, conversion, sales and other marketing goals
Self-starter who asks questions, learns quickly, and likes to problem solve
Familiarity with Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Social Media Ad Platforms(Facebook, LinkedIn), SEO Tools (Brightedge, MOZ)
Familiarity with content editing software, ala Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, Adobe Spark, iMovie, etc.

Ability to work in a fast paced, quick change environment
Ability to prioritize own tasks and work independently
Ability to communicate complex or new ideas effectively to others
An intense curiousity for how things work, problem solving, and digital marketing
A general good sense of humor and ability to have fun

Core Hours:
Core business hours are 8:00am 4:00pm, but our team offers flexibility to fit employee needs
