We are looking for an Asset Management Specialist to assist the Property Manager with clerical and administrative support. This Asset Management Specialist will provide property-level support such as facilities management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, monthly reporting, budgeting, risk management, tenant relations, marketing and more. This individual will compile and prepare monthly reporting, routine correspondence, data entry, tracking and other clerical support activities involving tenant status and relations. The Asset Management Specialist / Property Manager Assistant will handle a high volume of important phone calls and have excellent and professional communication and customer service skills.
-Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business or related field
-4+ years in real estate, property management, retail or related industry
-Certified Professional Secretary and/or Notary Public highly preferred
