Job Title: Application Support Analyst IV / System Administrator
Location: Weston, MA
Duration: 12+ months
Be responsible for monitoring and supporting user onboarding for the Client's portal, a digital resource to help streamline the process of starting and continuing patients on a Client's therapy, working with a cross functional team.
Serving as the Client's system administrator supporting the US-based team.
Supporting the user pre-registration processes for the Client's portal. (e.g., Start the registration process in CCS and send out the invitation)
Monitoring the registration status and kick-off the necessary actions for users who are stuck in the process. (e.g., Inform the field that a user has not completed the HCO affiliation)
Supporting the field with registration activities for the Client's portal. (e.g., Confirm master data set up prior to site visit, triage registration related issues, etc.)
Monitoring other key processes for Client's outside of registration that enhance the customer experience.
Communicating challenges and issues to appropriate internal stakeholders.
Processing report requests and producing reports as needed.
Requires a bachelor's degree and typically 3+ years of related experience. QA expertise is a plus. Remote worker optional.
