As a Support Engineer (SE) with the Visual Studio\Xamarin Escalation Team, you will work directly with 3rd party enterprise developers on issues they experience with their development projects. SEs have the opportunity to work closely with partners, including opportunities to debug some of the most successful projects in the commercial development space today. On a daily basis you will get to solve challenging application development problems using a variety of resources and tools.
A minimum of 3 years programming in the areas listed above. A BA/BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics; at least two years of experience in software development, or at least one year of experience in software developer support.
An ideal candidate would have a strong customer service focus, excel at problem solving, experience in programming.
