Experis/ManpowerGroup has partnered with a Federal Integrator to assist them in identifying a Application DBA in Columbus, OH

Job role/responsibilities:
AAA/BCA (Advanced Acquisition Analytics/Business Case Analysis) is a suite of capabilities that integrate complex predictive analytics with customer-focused dashboards to provide decision-support information for long-term contracts to the DLA (Defense Logistics Agency). This role supports the infrastructure behind this application.

We are looking for someone to support mainly a clustered MongoDB as well as help support a few other pieces of architecture including NodeJS, SQL Server, SSIS, and IIS. In addition, we want to automate code deployments with CI/CD so some scripting/programming experience would be helpful.

Application Database Administrator
Provides all activities related to the administration of database schemas and their objects.
Projects long-range requirements for database schema administration and design in conjunction
with Infrastructure DBAs in the information systems function. Designs, creates, and maintains
databases schemas in a client/server environment. Conducts quality control and auditing of
database schemas in a client/server environment to ensure accurate and appropriate use of data
and permissions. Advises users on access to various client/server databases. Designs,
implements, and maintains complex database schema objects with respect to user requirements,
access methods, access time, device allocation, validation checks, organization, protection and
security, documentation, and statistical methods. Applies knowledge and experience with
database technologies, development methodologies, and front-end programming languages (e.g.,
SQL). Performs database programming and supports systems design.

Minimum Experience:
Has at least three years hands-on experience and
expertise in Database Schema management. Experience also shall include capability to
work on various operating systems and additional programming languages. Has
experience in at least two projects in a large organization responsible for administering,
operating, maintaining, and securing a large-scale computer database.

Security/Certification Requirements:
Sensitivity Level: IT-II Critical Sensitive
Clearance: Secret (T3 background investigation or higher)
IA Level: IAT II (Security+ exam or similar)
Computing Environment: OCA18 or relevant certification from a nationally recognized
technical authority.
IC Agile Certified Professional

Bachelors Degree
Major: CS, Computer Engineering, or related preferred
Clearance Required: Active Secret
