Experis has an immediate need for a LONG TERM Technical Analyst SaaS contract for our IT client in San Jose, CA with the following skills:

Requirements:
- 7 years of experience as an Analyst required
- Good experience in driving drive Intersight SaaS customer adoption and growth.
- Prior SaaS experience, data driven adoption and subscription offer management with sales/channel partner and marketing organization would be plus, but not essential.
- Moderate exposure or interest in learning Python, RestAPI, SQL and Tableau to develop key reports by combining SaaS platform and customer purchase order data set.
- Exposure to Data Center/Cloud Infrastructure market, Private Cloud, Server business and/or Public Cloud business model is a plus
- Prior experience as SaaS - Customer Success Manager or Product Manager Growth is ideal

Primary responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Analyzing UCS/HX cloud management software market, esp. delivered through Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), primarily for early stage customer adoption and scale over 12-18+ months
- Maintain and amend Python/RestAPI ETL script to extract Intersight SaaS data set and combine with Bookings/Customer purchase data sets to identify KPIs tied to SaaS adoption/migration;
- Amend ETL script working with devOps team for on-going enhancement for effective market program execution.
- Work with Product Management, Technical Marketing, devOps and IT as needed to drive / improve SaaS customer adoption/usage to be shared with sales, channel partner and marketing organizations
- Collaborate with sales teams, partners to drive adoption, and identify gaps (in Intersight SaaS platform for UCS/HX server management) to improve adoption and migration from current generation of product to SaaS platform.
- Work with sales and partner team to engage as needed to actively drive customer adoption and successfully tracking of customer activity for Intersight - SaaS
