Experis IT is looking to hire an experienced Financial Analyst for a top technology company in the San Jose, CA area. This Accounting team manages the accounting for mergers and acquisitions starting from due diligence and working through the first close of each entity acquired.
This ideal candidate will assist with preparation of monthly M&A related journal entries and reconciliations including vesting cash, retention, milestones, other M&A Accruals and other assets. May also perform work regarding intangibles and goodwill. They will be required to complete all external reporting disclosures related to the areas listed above. In addition they will assist in completion of Purchase Accounting for acquisitions.
1. 6+ years experience
2. Acquisition Accounting Experience
3. CPA preferred
