Job Title: - Advertising Campaign Manager

Location: Redmond, WA

Duration: 6 Months (to be extended to 18 months)

Campaign Setup (All campaigns)

  • Work with the Carat Analytics teams to approve the KPI framework
  • Work with Carat Analytics to evaluate and approve of the learning agenda questions
  • Ensure any brand studies are setup correctly
  • Approve brand study questions and confirm questions are relevant to the campaign objectives
  • Oversee Impression tracker handoff process between Carat and KMB to ensure proper research coverage
  • Coordination with AdOps that page tagging is in place in order to have reporting be correct
  • Coordinate with any retail partners for reporting needs

Campaign Live (Windows, Surface, Edge)

o Reporting

 Biweekly reporting is created by Carat and the analytics lead will go through the reporting, write up notes for what may need attention from the media team, and send those to the media lead as well as social and creative teams

 Product Marketing performance shares

  • Carat teams create monthly business review decks, and the analytics lead will modify the deck for sharing and presenting to:

o Product Marketing Group

o Local market Microsoft field teams

o Microsoft Partners (HP, AMD, etc.)

 Partner decks will differ from PMG decks

o RAAD related Deliverables

 reporting excel share to Research teams

 Ensuring RAAD slides are delivery by Carat timely for our monthly meting

 Create landing page slides for the deck along with insights

Campaign End

  • Establishing timelines and workback schedules for end of campaign shares
  • Ensure alignment of questions being answered by Carat analytics vs CMR
  • Coordinate brand study delivery dates for sharing with Carat Analytics
  • Review end of campaign reports for accuracy, narrative, and quality prior to final review

Preferred skills

  • Knowledge of the digital space with a proven track record of utilizing measurement plans to enhance paid media performance
  • Passion for analyzing data, and driving business insights from customer behaviors
  • Capable of applying outstanding collaboration across organizations and functions
  • Surface level understanding of Ad Operations and Ad Tech platforms
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines
