Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners.
Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses.
Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations.
Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships.
Provides general office support.
Serves as the department/group contact.
Completes special projects as assigned.
Providing exceptional customer service as well as calendar support for a Partner Director and team of program managers.
Event coordination and setup for all hands, off-sites, and morale events (logistics such as room reservation and catering).
Ensuring compliance of administrative operational policies and procedures.
Procurement of goods and services, including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials and facilities requests.
Undertaking special assignments and projects as needed.
Busy office, network and collaborate
-Task oriented, and can work independently
-Flexibility in schedule
-Excel (possible pivots tables)
-2-3 years of experience
-Experience equivalent to education is acceptable
