Manages schedule(s); coordinates travel arrangements; coordinates meetings and events; coordinates department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations; completes special projects as assigned
5 main directs and their team 20-30 people.

End of month expenses
Sorting files new system
Booking traveling domestic and international
Calendaring- heavy support for 2 main directs, the other 3 are minimal support
25% booking meetings/conferences/ catering
Every few months will help with all hands call
Years of experience required:
2+ years experience
Calendaring and Travel experience
Has supported a team of Execs.
MSFT office tool experience -- Outlook experience, OneNote experience, PowerPoint
