Seeking: Administrative Assistant
Location: Bellevue, WA
Duration: 11/1/2019 - 5/1/2020
Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners. Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses. Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations. Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships. Provides general office support. Serves as the department/group contact. Completes special projects as assigned.
Typical task breakdown and rhythm:
- 20% of the day will be calendaring the one GEM across multiple time zones (India).
- 80% support - catering, setting up meetings, expense management, working with groups across our various locations worldwide. Also conducting various other asks as they arise.
Top 3 must-have hard skills
- Should be comfortable Outlook calendaring and (ideally) Microsoft Teams
- 3-5 years of administrative experience, with at least a year supporting a GEM/Partner level manager
- Enterprise Expereince
