Experis is hiring for Administrative Assistant
With minimal supervision performs, coordinates, and oversees executive office administrative duties in support of the Chief Information Officer (CIO) as well as the Information Technology department.
Provides highly sensitive support; making high-level contacts of a sensitive, complex, and confidential nature both inside and outside the company.
Performs executive secretarial and general administrative duties as required by the daily operations.
General administrative support for the CIO, including travel arrangements, on-site and off-site meeting coordination, calendar management, and coordination with Sr. Managers on assignment follow-up, etc.
Manages complex calendars and arranges for meetings. This includes assisting in the preparation of meeting requirements in advance including agenda, data completion, and equipment setup.
Receives and screens communications, including telephone calls and email messages, and provides assistance using independent judgment to determine the communications requiring priority attention.
Aids the Executive in researching issues and supporting the operational functions for Information Technology.
Assist with creating/updating organizational charts, correspondence, supplies, mail, computer and office equipment maintenance.
Interfaces with all areas of the company, including Production, Servicing, Sales, Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing, Corporate Real Estate Services and other executives, managers, and their teams.
Provides work coordination and assistance to other clerical staff.
Maintains knowledge of corporate policies and practices.

Ability to operate at a senior administrative support level and to represent the executive in a highly professional and positive light.
Knowledge and application of excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to exercise thoughtful consideration before forming opinions or making judgments.
Capable of overseeing and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy.

Ability to accept and perform additional duties as needed.
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
Prefer equivalent of two years of college-level coursework.
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
Experience as an Executive Assistant to Senior Executive level management is highly preferred.
Prefer experience and knowledge of the financial services industry.
