Purpose of the Job:
The Administrative Assistant manages the daily operations and administration of the Executives supported. This position provides administrative support with responsibilities such as daily calendar management, meeting planning, leadership, function-wide email communication, travel, calendar management, Travel & Expense (T&E) management and functional off-site meetings when needed. The ability to establish a network of global contacts and work cross functionally to schedule meetings and travel in multi-time zones is critical.

experience with working in a fast-paced environment, have proficiency with computer systems to assist with PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets and other programs such as Microsoft Office and Concur, and be agile to the ever-changing business. You will maintain professional relationship with all levels of Management across Unilever and with external parties. As an experienced administrative individual, you will read and prioritize correspondence in order to research and route correctly. This role will require you to manage, coordinate, and support special projects as needed and provide coverage for other Executive and Functional Admins as needed.

o You're a teacher: Coordinate training efforts with the EXECUTIVE team to increase scale and reach through trainings and best practice sharing.
o You love to win, and have fun doing it: Coordinating the team requires a level of knowing how and when to celebrate and have fun doing it. There will be opportunities to bring the team together and have fun while working. The C4G change is exciting, challenging, but also rewarding enabling times to have fun.
o You're a teacher: New people come into the team on a regular basis. The candidate acts as a teacher for the new team members, to help them develop quickly on the culture and expectations, as well as key tool needs.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience in support roles or Administrative supporting Executive / Large Teams.
Proficient in MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Outlook, SharePoint etc.)
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
Strong multi-tasking skills with a comfort in maintaining multiple, often conflicting, priorities, and deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational, planning and project management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise independent judgment consistent with department guidelines
Must be detail oriented with strong prioritization skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Must be proactive with ability to work autonomously
Minimum High School diploma
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
