Job Description:


  • Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners.
  • Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses.
  • Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations.
  • Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships.
  • This position will serve as the sighted assistant for a person who is blind/low vision.
  • You'll have a unique opportunity to learn new accessibility tools and directly impact the employee's productivity.
  • In the Accessibility team, will be specifically assisting one person who is low vision/blind.
  • This person will help access websites that are not accessible to him yet and identifying how to adjust the website.
  • They will assist with day to day activities.
  • This team is in place to make sure that all the websites and products produced are accessible to individuals with disabilities.
  • High stake meetings that need good management.
  • Take notes and action items.
  • This role will involve constant interaction with the sponsor who is blind and the colleagues he interacts with throughout the day.
  • This is a closed-door office building.
  • 4 - 7 year's experience.
  • Some international travel be required (once or twice a year).
  • Additional domestic travel throughout the year.
  • Administrative experience
  • Outlook.
  • Calendaring.
  • Note taking skills.
  • Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Follow up on details of a meeting to make sure they knows what they committed to do and ensure completion.
  • Excel, travel, etc.
  • Review and send email communications to internal and external people (several years).
  • Office suite experience - needs to know how to not just schedule a meeting on a calendar but getting a consensus on how a meeting should fall - at least a year of calendar experience.
  • Excel, PowerPoint, one note (at least 3 years).
