Daily schedule:
M-F 8-5 40 hours assigned
Typical task breakdown and rhythm:
50% customer service keeping track of storage room
20% ordering/procurement
10% new hire set ups
10% Work with moral events
10% Manager support expenses and travel

Pretty heavy interaction with sponsor phone and chat correspondence when not there
Person will be face of manager when she is not in

Fast paced, looking for someone who has worked in tech before
Not loud but intense
Needs someone who is stable and can be there
10 to 6 preferred

Chance for extension later: may extend to 18 months

Years of experience required:
1-3 years of admin
Degrees or certifications required:

Tech experience preferred

Performance indicators:
Able to learn what is being taught
Ability to meet deadlines
Listening to tasks
Fast learning important
Attention to detail

Customer service, personable and approachable, can-do attitude
- Experience working with customers in any environment (people person)
- Ok to listen to people and know what they need
Microsoft office suite (calendaring, outlook)
Fast learner someone who can fill in a lot of the gaps, does not want someone who needs a lot of hand holding
- Experience learning in a fast-paced environment/ turnaround
