This role will be more of a Admin support role, will not be directly supporting a CVP, EVP,GM ect. But will be supporting the team of admins and supporting where needed:
At 500 employees and will be getting another 150 currently a staff of 4 admins
- Supplementary to that
- Manage rhythm of business calendar, all hands, inbox, calendar. Team calendar management- 10%
- General support: ad-hoc admin support (order equipment, facilities, desk/monitors.
- Back up support for the Executive Business Administrator
- Duties can change: a little of everything, will be a support of the admins
- Managing storage room/equipment

Start & end dates: asap- 10/31/19
Daily schedule: Ability to work overtime- there will be times where the schedule is different. 40hrs, but could be 50/hrs at times
Hours can be flexible- 8/9 start time
Typical task breakdown and rhythm:

Interaction level with team: heavy interaction with sponsor and admin team. Reporting and supporting an EA and team
Work environment description; fast paced, sit onsite, assigned space
Chance for flex hours or remote: must be Onsite, daily
Chance for extension later: Possible extension- dependent on budget and performance

Years of experience required
Outlook proficiency- excel, Visio, PowerPoint, one note min 3 years of experience
3+ years of Admin Assistant
Support with senior leadership, or higher-level executive team- 1+ year experience
Ability to lift 30+ lbs
Need someone who knows how to prioritize
Degrees or certifications required: NA
