Performs a variety of complex administrative functions - Coordinates meetings and events, program financial tracking, and facility operations. Manages procurement of goods and services including catering, reference materials, swag.
Event Co-Ordinator role will require highly motivated scheduling - including daily catering orders, center operations administration.
The role will support the Business Applications Group monthly onboarding program - all catering/room reservations/attendance check in/swag and end to end monthly operations.
In addition the role will support our Operations Space - requires flexibility to include space data reporting and maintenance across 11 Puget Sound buildings.
Also will involve ad hoc projects involvement for Events/Catering/Logistics.

Start & end dates- 6/17/19-12/31/19
Daily schedule- M-F 8-5 40 hrs/wk- some days may be later for customer center.

Typical task breakdown and rhythm-
Will be working in the support center 2.5 days= meet and greet customers and having catering setup with suppliers, upkeep of the area with supplies and taking pride in it. Making sure invitations are correct and that scheduling is correct, mitigating risks, internal participation
Remaining days are 8-5 ad hoc projects=working for space manager for the 10 building they are in and work on her specific requirements.
Interaction level with team- High level of interaction with customers, stakeholders and suppliers.
Work environment description- Customer facing- jacket required- business casual. Quiet, will have their own office space.
Chance for flex hours or remote- Need them to be flexible with their hours. Some days would need to have their center open different hours for customers.
Chance for extension later- Y 6/30/2020

Years of experience required- 1+ years Administrative or customer service experience
Degrees or certifications required- None
Needs to be fluent in English reading and writing. Multilingual a bonus. Able to drive would open more opportunity being able to work at multiple locations.

Required Skills:

Customer/ front of house experience (1-3 years)
Scheduling experience- excel/ database (1-3 years)
Experience working with 3rd party catering and finance experience to open the PO for it (1+years)
