Administrative /Team Assistant

The person would be compiling the information for the respective state filing, format the final documents and pull various PDFs into one document for electronic filing to the states.

The primary role is to provide a combination of senior level administrative support, monitor ongoing reporting requirements and complete project-related tasks. The successful candidate will have the ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism, as well as have the confidence to make informed judgment calls and be self-motivated.
Provide high quality administrative support
Answer phone calls, field messages, and deal with general inquiries
Review and handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Maintain files (paper & electronic) and other confidential information;
Handle and maintain confidential files in accordance with firm policy
Complete ad-hoc projects as necessary
Professional, flexible and positive attitude
Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to interact comfortably with individuals at all levels
Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize responsibilities as appropriate; identify problems and seek solutions
High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
Proactive, able to work independently to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and orderly manner
Team player, able to collaborate with team members to achieve firm goals
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Volunteers willingly to assist others, or assist as requested, based upon workload
Ability to multi-task
A college degree is preferred
